Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana kepuasan pelanggan dipengaruhi oleh sistem pelacakan online dan pengiriman barang yang tepat waktu. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan. Penelitian ini mengamati pelanggan J&E di Kota Bandung. Metode sampel non-probabilitas digunakan untuk mengumpulkan tujuh puluh responden untuk penelitian ini. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data dihitung dan dianalisis menggunakan program SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Sistem Pelacakan Online (X1) dan Pengiriman Barang Tepat Waktu (X2) secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhad terhadap kepuasan pelanggan (Y), dengan nilai 6,018. Pengiriman Barang Tepat Waktu (X2) memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhad terhadap kepuasan pelanggan (Y), dengan nilai 9,162. Hasil uji F (simultan) menunjukkan bahwa keduanya memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan
